Over the course of an intensive 3-day weekend, players ages 12 to 17 will sharpen their technical, tactical, physical, and mental skills under the guidance of UEFA/FPF-certified Benfica coaches.

Benfica Clinics are run by SL Benfica technical coordinators and soccer coaches accredited by the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF) and UEFA. Benfica Residential Academy believes that its coaches are a crucial element in the development of young elite athletes.
Elite players are developed in three ways:
Good coaches and educators to nurture them;
Strong and sound development methodologies; and
Technology that tracks nutrition, sleep, injuries and other important factors.

WHO CAN JOIN THE CLINICS?
Clinics are open to boys and girls ages 12–17, regardless of club or level. They’re designed for motivated players who want to improve their game and experience Benfica’s world-class methodology.
WHO ARE THE COACHES?
All Clinics are led by UEFA/FPF-certified Benfica coaches from the official Benfica Campus in Portugal. Players get the same proven training approach used to develop top talent in Europe.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE $400 REGISTRATION FEE?

Clinics are off-campus programs. Families arrange their own lodging, but discounted hotel rates are available for those traveling in.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CLINICS?
Clinics are the first step into the Benfica pathway. Players who stand out may be invited to join longer residential programs such as the Benfica Experience Week or Elite Camps.
